Haven't blogged in days, sorry for that. I've been super busy for days since board exam is coming up and I'm revising my PRC forms for oh so many times :( It's getting old already. Why don't they give us the final revisions so that we can make the necessary action. Haaaaaaay. :|

Spring/Summer 2012: Color Blocking

 

Summer is here and COLOR BLOCKING IS BACK! 

I'm always excited for summer because we get to go to the beach and out of town, relax, no need to think about school and all that. But sucks for me, I'll be having my review class this summer since I'll be taking my board exam this June-July. At least I have color blocking outfits to look forward to. HAHAHA. Anyway, we can dress up during review class. :)

I LOVE: Sky High Dream Shoes

Shoes from ALEXANDER MCQUEEN (2010-2011) are to die foooor. :)

I wish to be LADY GAGA to have an excuse to wear this amazingly stunning Platform Sky High Heels :) 

   

Chinese inspired, futuristic feel, fully embellished with beads, studs and glitters. <3

 

Awkward and weirdly beautiful lobster claw sky high heels are so fashion forward and standout!

But if you ask me, I'd risk it! Anyway, there's no harm in trying. :)

LOOKS LOOKS LOOKS

Since, I've just started I wanted to share with you guys some of my favorite looks :)


For an edgy/rocker look, I wore a DIY distressed shorts, patterned tights and black booties.
If you still wanted to show your "kikay/maarte" side, wearing a cute girly top will balance the hard edgy look.


Every girl, needs to have their LBD (Little Black Dress) in their closet.
Just put on your LBD, add your favorite accessories and style them your own and tada, you're good to go. :)

Leggings paired with White Laced top for a simple casual look.
Just added Feather necklaces to add oomph to the whole look! :)

Pocahontas inspired look. Don't be afraid to play with textures and colors.
Sometimes, it's okay to break the rules! Hahaha. (Perfect for Dates! Casual yet Different and Stand-out)

School Girl

While everyone's enjoying the weekend, I am stuck in school. School girl for the last 2 weeks. Oh yeah! Haha. Though I've been in school the whole day, taking all examinations in the world, I've been inspired to blog. Unfortunately I don't have my laptop with me. :( I don't know if it's weird or what that I wrote it on my planner. Maybe I'm just so bored that I used it to blog. :)))) As you can see in the pictures below, I even drew the entire blog site. I guess nothing can stop me from blogging.

Pretty In Pink

Black is one of my favorite colors. Not because it's a safe color but it makes you feel like anything you want to be. It can make you feel sexy, elegant, simple and also edgy. In this outfit, my peg is to look simple but edgy. :) I love to wear cute tights/leggings cause it makes you look taller, agree? HAHA. Being a petite girl that I am, promise, I have done anything and everything to grow a few inches (exaggerated :p) but nothing happened so thanks to Mr. Tights and Mrs. Leggings for helping me out. :)

Little Girl Wants To Play

Dressing up is fun. You don't need to look so polished and clean or you don't need to follow rules or else the fashion police will arrest you and file you a case of fashion don'ts! Nowadays, we can make our own fashion statement. We can dress up our own style. We can play with fabrics, colors, prints and a lot more. Hence, the title of my blog. 

I wanted to play with sheer fabrics and corduroy with matching tights, peep-toe booties and fun accessories.
I also braided my hair to add up to the "Little Girl Look". HAHA.
